Recipe of The Day: Chicken w/Spicy Tomato Sauce. (bake) Put the frozen or fresh chicken in Oven safe dish, add a can of whole or crushed tomatoes, add onion powder or fresh onions, fresh garlic, basil, parsley, chili powder (to taste), chicken broth (not too much), olive oil, salt & pepper to taste. Enjoy

Ok so today is half way through the week. Summer is almost here and the weather here today is beautiful. I'm doing this for all the Moms out there and for The kids so they can look back on all this and see how goofy mom was. lol. Today I'm doing research to patent an idea. Have no idea how to do this and where to begin but what the heck I'll search, learn, and investigate it. If it works .. well than you heard it here first. :) If not ... it'll just be another day for us all. I've 3 days of bad fishing.. I'm over it. Not one fish. I've lost my touch. I initially chose Vineyardimporters the name because I was interested in Starting a Wine Importing business with Ice Wine from Canada. Well the bottom line & truth ... I chickened out. I didn't know how to do it and now many years later other main stream companies do it. So much for that idea. lol. I love the Internet and most of all love learning.
